Any standard audio export works: M4A or WAV from Voice Memos on iPhone, similar recordings from Pixel or Samsung apps, or MP3 if you already converted the clip on desktop.
Wind and traffic lower accuracy like any ASR product, but close-mic memos captured at arm length usually stay in the high-nineties for word error. Plan on a quick cleanup pass if you recorded while walking through loud streets.
If two people shared one mic and take turns cleanly, speaker labels help. If everyone talks over each other, expect to edit names and ordering manually after the automated voice memo transcription pass.
