Is MegaScribe really free?+

Yes — you get 3 transcriptions per day with no signup and no credit card. The Free tier never expires.

What's included in the Pro plan?+

Unlimited transcriptions, uploads up to 5 GB and 10 hours per file (50 at a time), priority processing, and cloud sync across devices. Pro is $15/month or $96/year (save 47%).

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Cancel from Settings or the Stripe customer portal. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Payments are handled by Stripe: all major credit and debit cards are accepted. PayPal is not currently supported.

Is there a free trial for Pro?+

There's no separate trial. The Free tier itself is the trial — use it every day (3 transcripts, up to 1 GB / ~30 minutes each), then upgrade when you need more.

How does the daily transcription limit work?+

Free users get 3 transcriptions per UTC calendar day. The counter resets at midnight UTC. Pro users have no daily limit.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?+

Yes. Change your billing interval from Settings. The switch takes effect at your next renewal date.

Do you offer team or enterprise plans?+

Not yet — Pro is per-seat today. Shared workspaces are on the roadmap. Contact us if you'd like early access.
